Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Foreign Driver From Tanzania and Kenya to join our team at ANDRA DRAG RACING. The ideal candidate should have a valid driver’s license and a proven track record of safe driving practices. As a Foreign Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient transportation of goods/people, contributing to our company’s success.
Responsibilities:
Operate company vehicles to transport goods/people safely and efficiently to designated locations.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods or passengers according to the schedule.
Assist with loading and unloading cargo as necessary.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to provide updates on delivery progress.
Perform routine checks on the vehicle’s condition and report any issues to the maintenance department.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and deliveries made.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills while interacting with clients during deliveries.
Follow established routes and adapt to alternate routes when necessary due to road closures or traffic congestion.
Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company positively.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license for the appropriate class of vehicle (e.g., regular, heavy, etc.).
Clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations.
Prior experience as a driver preferred but not mandatory.
MUST have a Passport (WORK VISA WILL BE PROVIDED).
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Physical fitness to perform loading/unloading tasks if required.
Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform minor checks.
